Every product tells a story. I've spent my career giving that story a voice and building the systems that let it scale. My roots are in content design and UX writing: shaping the words, flows, and voice that make complex products human. I've worked hand-in-hand with product designers and research partners throughout, often mentoring and directing product designers directly, and partnering closely with research to test and validate what we build. From there, I've built the operating models, standards, and governance that let that craft hold up across entire organizations, 120+ designers, three languages, 18 countries, high-stakes regulated fintech.
