Use Case 1 (expanded): The Fantastic Looking Glass (for The Legend of Belrose)
Think of it the way Wizarding World relates to the Harry Potter novels: the book is the story, but the world around it, the visuals, the characters brought to life, the sense of stepping inside it, is its own creative production. That's what The Fantastic Looking Glass is: the AI-built creative universe around my original novel, The Legend of Belrose, the secret history of the world humans share with faerie folk.
It started with Fable. Nothing I'd used before could take in an entire 400-page manuscript in one pass without losing the thread. Fable read the whole thing and gave me back a sniper-precise analysis: structural pacing, continuity, emotional movement scene by scene, character arcs, the hero's journey mapped underneath it all. Not a pep talk, a mirror.
I turned that analysis into infrastructure across three dedicated Claude Projects: one for the manuscript itself, one for world foundations, character design bibles, species guides, architectural references, environment packs, magical-object systems, story-world rules, and one for social media operations. The manuscript got mined once. What came out of it became a standing knowledge base I could keep building from.
In ChatGPT, a separate Belrose project handled image generation, visualizing every character, creature, and environment straight out of the bibles, paired with a custom agent I built as a publishing-industry expert to help guide the manuscript's own path toward representation. Then Seedance 2.5 let me direct all of it into motion: characters, creatures, Paris in 1889, interiors, gardens, magical objects, entire environments, shot by shot. What followed was a full filmmaking exercise: visual development, art direction, continuity, editing, and learning to work with model behavior instead of just requesting output from it. That's where the real lesson landed. 51+ generated assets, 6+ months worth of content, produced in about a week.
I launched it across social platforms in August 2026 with zero network push, meaning none of my existing contacts drove the initial audience. In about two and a half weeks, it picked up 350+ organic followers, people finding and choosing to follow the world entirely on their own.
The purpose is to give people a way to experience the world before they ever pick up the book: a taste of the story, the characters, and the atmosphere, built to generate real interest as the novel itself moves toward publication.
